1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "yeswin" refers to the online gaming platform operated at yeswin.asia, including all associated services, products, and features made available to registered users.
• "Platform" means the yeswin website, mobile browser interface, and any application or tool provided by yeswin to access its services.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the yeswin platform and is authorised to use its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on yeswin.

• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a User's yeswin Account.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a yeswin account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number;
• Not currently hold an active yeswin account (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited);

2.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active yeswin account only. 2.3 Verification

yeswin may at any time request identity verification documents including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Withdrawal processing may be held pending completion of verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yeswin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. yeswin will never request your password via any communication channel.

All activity conducted through your yeswin account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify yeswin support immediately via live chat. yeswin will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your yeswin account is adequately protected against malware, unauthorised access, and other security threats. yeswin is not responsible for losses arising from compromised personal devices.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on the yeswin platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits are credited to your yeswin Wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. yeswin targets processing of eligible withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual settlement times may vary depending on your payment provider. yeswin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Conditions

• Funds deposited must be your own. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• yeswin does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
• Deposits made using a bonus code may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• yeswin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

5. Betting Rules and Wagering

All bets placed on the yeswin platform are final once confirmed. yeswin operates a sportsbook covering football (including Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and international fixtures), basketball, tennis, UFC, and other sports markets. Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game shows are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface.

5.1 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, or game results — including errors caused by technical faults, data feed errors, or human input mistakes — yeswin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Wallets. yeswin is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from such voided bets.

5.2 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply per market and per game type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the yeswin platform. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit may be rejected or have their stake reduced prior to confirmation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional Offers made available through yeswin are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. By claiming any Promotional Offer, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses must be opted into prior to making the qualifying deposit unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• yeswin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on the yeswin platform:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person;

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched-betting strategies in a systematic manner designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any element of the yeswin platform without written authorisation.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from yeswin.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yeswin and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Interruption to the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events;

yeswin's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments and Termination

yeswin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, yeswin will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the yeswin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

yeswin may terminate or suspend any User's account with immediate effect and without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at the direction of a regulatory authority. Legitimate balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method following any investigation, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which yeswin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through yeswin's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority for adjudication.
